Derek and I went on a foraging class last friday with three othe people and learnt a bunch about trees and edible plants and flowers. I am excited to try a stinging nettle soup and it actually sounded very yummy. One can find lots of goodies in the forest. Next class is going to be about wild flowers: i can’t wait for that one.
