Derek’s been very excited about wine making and he has a batch of rhubarb wine going on right now on the kitchen counter. I am very excited about it too because my grandpa Luc made some delicious sparkling wine when i was a kid (some of the best memories of my childhood) and i am hoping that Derek makes something very similar. Unfortunately, “pepere” passed away without sharing his recipe : (
