we decided to plant 10lbs of potato seeds. Derek messed up the order and ended up ordering 20 lbs…i am glad we like potatoes because it looks like we are going to eat lots of them! We tried a different technique for potatoes, by digging a hole and covering up the shoots with dirt and by adding dirt as necessary.
